Steel composition analysis

We have the SPECTROTEST steel composition analysis device, which is one of the most modern optical devices of this type. The device is optimized for mobile use. The analyzer was built with components using the finite element method. The result is an optical system that is extremely stable with regard to temperature changes. Proprietary optical design, using multiple CCD detectors, perfectly suits the analytical task. The complete analysis takes approximately 10 seconds and covers all steel grades. The report provides details of the concentrations as well as precise data on the steel grade. The device can be used for material analysis as well as for quick type identification in the arc mode (non-invasive method, no need to cut off material samples). SPECTROTEST offers a comprehensive set of sample adapters for various geometric dimensions as well as software for data management, data transmission and evaluation of statistical data.
